Hypothecaire lening: Dexia, Fortis of Argenta

Als je kiest voor een hypothecaire lening bij Dexia, dan kies je voor een woonlening waarbij het minimumbedrag 2500 euro bedraagt. Hoeveel je wilt lenen en op welke termijn kun je zelf bepalen. Voor de aanvraag van een woonlening moet je de factuur van je aankoop of de verbouwingen meenemen. Daarbij komt dat het tarief van de woonlening geurende de volledige looptijd van het contract ongewijzigd blijft. Je betaalt hierbij ook geen dossierkosten en je betaalt elke maand een vast bedrag aan maandelijkse aflossingen. Dit bedrag wordt automatisch van je rekening ingehouden. De intresten van je woonlening zijn fiscaal aftrekbaar.

Fortis heeft de rentetarieven op een hypothecaire lening verlaagd. Deze percentages liggen momenteel het laagste. Maar deze bedragen moeten dagelijks opnieuw bekeken worden om te kijken welke rentetarieven het meest aantrekkelijk zijn voor je. De Fortis is wel één van de grotere banken waarbij je tegen een goed tarief een hypothecaire lening af kunt sluiten.

De hypothecaire lening van Argenta is ook in prijs verlaagd. Het tarief voor vijf jaar terugbetalen staat op 3,55%. Het is belangrijk dat je elke dag kijkt welke tarieven het laagste staan. Dit kan per dag veranderen of nu de Dexia, Fortis of Argenta goedkoper is. Als je wilt weten bij welke organisatie je het beste je hypothecaire lening af kunt sluiten is het aan te raden om de tarieven dagelijks te bekijken en dan op een gunstig moment toe te happen. Dit je zowel voor je eigen portemonnee als voor je hypotheek gunstig. Dit wordt allen doorberekend op je maandlasten die dan lager uitvallen dan bij de duurdere organisaties. De voordelen die het je op kunnen opleveren kunnen al gauw honderden euro’s zijn. Reken maar eens uit hoeveel dit op jaarbasis kan zijn. Het is dus belangrijk goed te kijken naar de tarieven en de voorwaarden die er gesteld worden aan de hypothecaire lening, die kunnen ook per organisatie wisselen. Laat je dus tijdig en goed adviseren door meerdere organisaties.
